About Malaysian White Coffee

Malaysian White Coffee originates from Ipoh, Malaysia; and has been enjoyed by natives since Malaysia was a British Colony. What makes White Coffee different from the bitter and acidic coffee that westerners are accustomed to, is in the way the White Coffee bean is roasted. It's not the "Blonde"/"Light" roast that you know of. Instead, White Coffee is a mix of Arabica, Robusta and Liberica coffee beans; often roasted in palm oil or olive oil, and sometimes even margarine. White Coffee is prepared with condensed milk, which gives the coffee its sweetness, and is hand pulled and poured to give it a bit of foam. No milk frothers needed. The outcome is a hot, sweet, less caffeinated, smooth coffee.
